12.08am - Oracle...Sleepy...

Hmmm..these 3 days will be on course at Oracle University at Suntec Tower 4...but contents are really dry and is sucking me dry....always wanna fall asleep in the midst of the Hyperion lessons...arghhhh...just looking forward to breaks....can the Lecturer speak slowly...i really cant catch what shes saying at times....shes like a bullet....

ok ok..today went back to office at about 7 after the course to clear somethings...than eventually left office at about 10+...hmmm...time flies...cny is coming...feel like taking a walk down chinatown to experience the cny mooodyy.....

ooo..that day went to hyundai showroom with mummy and daddy...they were looking at the Verna...and i just popped in into this tuscani to enjoy the shiokness for a few mins...shall i work towards it?....

11.38 pm - Contentment...

perhaps i should learn to be contented with life...
but can life be much simpler...
or circumstances put us in...

1.37am - Tutorial Class CNY Gathering...

just had our annual tutorial class cny gathering today at irene's place...participants include...
Albert, Pam, Irene, Sharmaine, Khaileng, Daphne, Weimin, Weijie, Angeline...Thuhoong didnt manage to make it and also Mingyong cant...we had a simple bbq and than followed by yu sheng...hmmm..food was delicious...and time seems to fly...it was a year since we last had the cny dinner...and 1 year flies...just like a wink....

Hmmm...whole evening..we are like complaining about work....the auditors have more to complain...and their stories, engagements...seeems like EY people are having a tough time...endure endure....it will be over soon ya ;)

anyway..its always nice keeping in contact with this bunch of rowdy kiddos...they are a great noisy bunch of frens whom i have met in uni since year 1... :) and always count me in for their activities...

ooo..before that, met Weemeng, Sengkeat and Frens for a short game at minds...cos they are celebrating Weemeng's bdae...Hmm...bought him a tennis racket...talking about tennis...im tinking of having a game more regularly...ahaha..my racket has been sitting at the top of the cabinet for about a few months since the last inter-hall game in hall 4....i alwyas enjoyded playing tennis...just that ever since work has started....seems abit lazy to go and play tennis...still need to find kaki to play with also mah...heee..so who wanna play tennis..?...oooo..and saw this red and white wilson racket...just feel like getting that one too for myself...than got 3 rackets...but..Hmm..perhaps after cny than take the red packet...hahahaha...its a want..not a need since i arleady got one now...

Hmmm....in the area of work...its nothing super interesting...we have been doing investigations and preparations for another project lately..for this few weeks...next week xiong again...month end coming...and next week somemore i will be away at suntec's oracle for course....that means..on a days..i tink i will have to go back office and work abit later to clear up some stuffs and clear some mails in case my mail box just flood lah...

Hmmmm....2 more weeks to cny...and is well equippred with all the wants i want....shirts and pants...standard..as usual..so that they can be wore to work as well..nowadays seldom get casual ones...cos dun really have time to wear them also...yah..so win win situation...

1230am - Another week passes just like that...

another week passes just like that...a flash...just like that given out from the camera....the past week was pretty alright....work has shifted from the reconcilliations to investigations aka users acceptance tests which means....drilling down to the root cause of why figures cant tie...actually, kinda hate investigations...cos they are always so lei chey...and the previous investigations also got me into trouble...its a long story...but somehow...suay...its under me and i got into some trouble...not trouble..but just got to be responsible and ...sigh..thick skinned to face the music in my boss's room...sometimes i wonder...why my portfolio seems like so much more problematic than what the others in my team is handling and always...problems occured to the products in my charge...wa lau...arhgh..hope that things will be better in feb....and not affected my cny....discussed with boss the week before and he was saying that we may need to work shifts on the 3-5 feb, in order to go back early for reunion dinner....if not...fingers crossed and it happens conincidentally that 6 is our dateline....i tink no matter how tired i am..im going to cheong on 4-5 feb so that i can go home for dinner on the 6... :)

ok..enough of work... =) cny is coming..and im looking forward...since its a yearly thingy...yippe..counting down...

oh...forgot to mention what has occured this week....hah..friday..went to a sec sch pathetic gathering with only 6 people...initially, me and and Kun do not want to go already..since the attendance is like so pathetic..but...tink paiseh for the organiser also...so just go lah...and you will never know where we had the dinner...its at this Vegetarian restaurant..and we had vege buffet...something really very new for me...but..hhmm..it tastes not that bad afterall, and i dun feel sinful after eating alot...hahahaha...

Sat...hmmm...dunno what to do...end up shopping in the afternoon and went to career fair with thomas and ended the day with a Man United Vs Reading at Walas...abit boring..., sloppy play...but yah...Man U won..phew...

Sun...slacked at home...hahah...than went dinner and after dinner drove mum to this chinese rest at Jln Besar there to put deposit and chose the menu for our cny dinner....Hmm...yah..somehow like that...haha..

hmmm...so fast..jan coming to an end...
i wish all my audit frens are coping well...and take care lotsa everyone.

This fan of the Mario Bros....is really....going that far..impressed...he should have used all the money to get himself a bigger car....

12.04am - Its Thursday...

its thurs...looking forward to weekends...first weekend of the year to be able to not go to work...but 3 more weeks got to stay back in office during cny...1@#%!^&@&...

How long more will i stay on my current desk...?....

1148 pm - Hectic life....

life gets hectic huh...just dreaming of taking a day or 2 off again....to an island, and enjoy the slow paced life....and watches the sun set....enjoying the warmth of the sun and watching sea doves flying past the horizon....

perhaps that view came into my mind,after working over the weekends...despite falling sick...and not taking MC as i cant sabo my team mates as if im away, they would have cover my portfolio in that short duration...what to do...brave it thru...

drop by tampines after work today...got daddy a new wallet as his bdae pressie...its a pierre cardin, and he say he wouldnt ask me how much...just hope that he will like that wallet and use it..and not keep it and dun use...=P, thats what happen to my mum's long wallet which we bought for her for last year's bdae and till now she still havent use it..arghh...i told her to use it..its an espirit which we shared for her....ok lah..not that ex one also...

ok, at the end of monday, i shall feel contented.

1233 am - A simple Sat....

Hmmm..down with this flu which is unbearable....yesterday popped panadol cold, 3 tablets...still havent recover....today got to go back office work...no choice..went to pharmacy and bought the yellowish tablets that would make me drowsy...its really a battle between drowsiness and got to work as well...it sucks...but what to do..its the 5th and i got to finish everything by the 6th...what to do....tmr got to carry on as well..though i really feel like sleeping at home...but no choice...worst...the group operations people arent cooperating well and i got to bomb their emails...they dun seem to understand english...ended up i got to do a couple of repeated jobs again...waste of time....and effort....sigh...ended up i left at about 7pm today....since they havent patched alot of the data and no point i recon things that they havent patch...sure got errors...tmr than check...

oo..than initially mum wanted to bring suganto to look for me after work to eat...end up wei brought him out....kaoz..and, yah..i got to find dinner dates....ended up luckily i went to parkway...and met chyehuat for dinner....had a sumptous dinner....tom yam steamboat..though im like sick...but it clears my nose....shiok...but now back to reality...feeling sick and feverish...but i tink must be the late nites the days before....better get well soon, if not mon and tue sure ot again....

oooo...and hor...at parkway...i bought myself a new samsung slider hp, always wanted a slider...so bought myself one with the money i sold my pda...still got excess, but the excess will use it to buy mum a new hp, since i havent bought her something for her bdae...think ok lah..should buy her a hp...she only want nokia...hahaha..i guess im contented with what i have, though this model is not the one i wanted, but its 100 dol cheaper....thats why i settled for this, with sufficient cash left to buy mummy a new hp too...issnt this a win win situation...i tink mummy deserve something better too than her present nokia 6610i which is failing...perhaps simple is good...satisfied with my nokia and samsung now...a contented boi.

ooo..tmr got to work as well...but tink tmr we are going to have a nice lunch with daddy as his bdae is coming...owe him a bdae pressie as well...tinking of the wallet i saw at isetan..this pierre cardin wallet...maybe i will get that for him....i tink at their old age...they should start to have something better for themselves... =)

think about it...there are a couple of shows i wanted to watch too..but havent have the time and company...so who wanna go watch with me...National Treasure and Alvin?...lol...

Taxi Fare Hike....

The taxi hike....who loose out in the end....the poor cabbies...at 830pm, in front of Raffles City...cabbies were seen lining up at the taxi stand...but before the hike...the stand is always empty or filled with only cabs flashing their "on call" signs...now everyone avoids the cabbies....








Somemore...got Mercs Cab in the queue....surprised...

Wedding Convoy spotted at my block...consisting of Tiong Chiaz....But the main wedding car was a Honda Stream, but not the Evo...I wonder why..

So whats in the convoy...Stream, followed by Evo, Lancer, Civic after that cant see already, I tink its a Fiat...Hmm..interesting...next time, I would want a big big big convoy....hahah...(dreaming)....Bros and frens interested parties please send me your name and car....lol... =P just kidding...still a long way to go...

Hmm..decided to have a fresh start....as such...started off with this not that beautiful website of mine though...Hmm...decided to start a new...leaving behind 2 years of memories on the old page...hmm...its 3 in fact...somewhere there...

Hmmm..so what i hope to achieve in 2008...i guess there are many resolutions....can i have the luxury to write them down by this week...?...

Just think that 2007 is a bad year for me...hopeful for 2008...nevertheless, there are also beautiful memories left behind at 2007 no doubt....great frens, graduation, family, achievements..etc...many many things...
